❌It’s physiologically impossible to target specific areas of body fat. It just cannot happen no matter how much you want it to or try and force it to.⠀
⠀
✍No amount of arm extensions will lose the "chicken wing" ⠀
No amount of abductor machine will target your inner thigh fat⠀
And no amount of crunches will target your stomach fat.⠀
⠀
💪These exercises train the muscles that are underneath the layer of fat you have, that’s it. They literally have no meaningful or significant effect on your fat, none at all.⠀
⠀
✅Truth is, the human body loses fat from the entire body as a whole, not one specific area at a time. Where you lose weight from first and last depends entirely upon your genetics and unfortunately can’t be changed no matter how much you may have wished otherwise.⠀

1) Burn a few more calories⠀

Spring is almost here, and I know a lot of you are starting your fat loss transformation right around this time. You might have made a promise to yourself to start "eating clean", or to start doing cardio, or what have you. ⠀⠀

Here are the key factors for my most recent fat loss transformation, and things that should be staple in yours.⠀⠀
-⠀⠀
⠀⠀
1️⃣FAT LOSS - A sustained caloric Deficit (12-15 Weeks)⠀⠀
2️⃣WEIGHT TRAINING - Building then Maintaining as much strength as possible in all of my lifts, especially the key lifts⠀⠀
3️⃣CONSISTENCY - hitting my macros that kept me inside a caloric deficit, day in day out, utilizing a flexible approach that made it easy for me to adhere⠀⠀
-⠀⠀
My fat loss had nothing to do with⠀⠀
✖️how many meals I ate per day⠀⠀
✖️how frequent I ate⠀⠀
✖️what time of day I did my cardio⠀⠀
✖️avoiding certain foods⠀⠀
✖️avoiding sugars, carbs, or fats⠀⠀
✖️high rep sets of "short quick workouts"⠀⠀
✖️and many of the other things people falsely give credit to⠀⠀

Spring is almost here, and I know a lot of you are starting your fat loss transformation right around this time. You might have made a promise to yourself to start "eating clean", or to start doing cardio, or what have you. ⠀⠀ -⠀⠀ Here are the key factors for my most recent fat loss transformation, and things that should be staple in yours.⠀⠀ -⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ 1️⃣FAT LOSS - A sustained caloric Deficit (12-15 Weeks)⠀⠀ 2️⃣WEIGHT TRAINING - Building then Maintaining as much strength as possible in all of my lifts, especially the key lifts⠀⠀ 3️⃣CONSISTENCY - hitting my macros that kept me inside a caloric deficit, day in day out, utilizing a flexible approach that made it easy for me to adhere⠀⠀ -⠀⠀ My fat loss had nothing to do with⠀⠀ ️how many meals I ate per day⠀⠀ ️how frequent I ate⠀⠀ ️what time of day I did my cardio⠀⠀ ️avoiding certain foods⠀⠀ ️avoiding sugars, carbs, or fats⠀⠀ ️high rep sets of "short quick workouts"⠀⠀ ️and many of the other things people falsely give credit to⠀⠀ -⠀⠀ Bookmark this so you can view this again later!⠀⠀ -⠀⠀ Want to lose weight?
