I don't just workout and eat a strict diet just to do it I do it because I have a purpose, a passion, because I truly believe this is what I was meant to do...I want to make a career out of this...and that's what I'm going to do!

This has been the absolute best year of my life! I have accomplished the most I ever in this year! I thought I was happy with losing 80lbs but once I started actually lifting weights along with proper eating and training I started packing on size good size! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป The best feeling is seeing yourself grow. I've grown so much not just physically but mentally as well. It's all about trying to be the best you you can be and I strive to do that. Nobody is perfect nobody will ever be perfect but I'm going to push myself to be as close as to perfect as I can be and I encourage everyone to have that same mindset. One of the most misconceptions I have heard is about protein powder. Some people think it's strictly to make you gain weight...which is absolutely false. Why do you think mass gainers exist? Protein powder is a substance of diversity. It's all about what fits your diet. I personally utilize protein powder to help with time management and it's very easy to add things to your shake to get in those extra calories you may need. This is my current shake I prefer to make in the morning. I don't consider my shake to be a mass gainer...I consider it to be a meal replacement. Reason being is because if I were really trying to put on mass (which I'm not since I'm currently cutting) I would be more leniant with the content in the shake. For example I'd probably throw in some ice cream and some other stuff to really up the calories and the taste. This is a wonderful morning shake to get your day started... - 1.5c water
- 1 scoop of creatine
- 2 scoops of whey protein
- .5 banana
- 1 egg
- 30g oats
- 225g Greek yogurt
- 125g of mixed berry medley
- 100g of kale

I'm not going to lie this is not the most tasty thing in the world. However it is high in protein, will give you a good amount of energy to start your day, and contains alot of vitamins which is something some people may overlook.

You can train all you want, pump as much blood into your muscles as you want to force growth. At the end of the day it really comes down to what you put in your body that will really support your muscles to grow. Ever since I really got into the nutrition aspect of fitness the results became a difference maker. Obviously if you train and eat you will still put on size. However realistically the goal is to put on as much muscle with minimal fat gain and with a strict diet that idea will begin to show. Find your caloric sweet spot for your deficit, maintenance, and bulk. From there create a diet plan that will hit your macro goals. I will promise you you will take your physique to the next level!

These haters can often times be the people closest to you or the people you value the most. For example some of your closest friends and your family. You would think that these would be the people who support you the most. Ultimately the reason these people will doubt you is because they can't imagine themselves reaching those same goals you set.
