Recently visited Germany(for the second time) and absolutely fell in love with that country (again). It was a pleasure spending my Christmas with the girlfriend  @eileen.who and her amazing family. Experience life. When I was a kid my parents always urged me to experience the world, don't get caught up in the mundane and meaningless. "Do many things and try on many hats." Don't be the guy who just "lifts" there is more to life than just the "gym"

Be multifaceted. Go Travel, try skydiving, read books, learn to play an instrument...just do things. Don't be mundane and boring.

"Successful people do what needs to be done even when they don't feel like it." I literally have this quote on a post it note by my work computer and in my car as a constant reminder that my goals are on a "need to do basis"...not a "I feel like it today basis." Don't fall victim to the " I feel like it syndrome." More often than most would like to admit, you're not going to always feel like going to the gym or work or a bunch of other things that you know need to be done. Screw that. Do what needs to be done... Whether you feel like it or not.💯 #bamn

Gratitude is so underrated these days.  A whole hearted "thank you" is like a lost art form.

@dunkindonuts iced vanilla latte + sunsets = balance☕🌤️ Find balance in life. Physically, spiritually, and mentally. That's what what health is...the perfect balance of the three. I'm not a huge fan of extremes, as usually they are unnecessary and don't really achieve balance. I feel that a HUGE part of being healthy is being aware...not just in body(often the case in the fitness/bodybuilding) but in spirit &mind as well. Focusing too much on one aspect leads to health problems in the neglected areas. Focus on being "completely healthy" Seek balance..🙏 #seekbalance 📸:@aarondefeats
