first workout of the new year and back on that selfie grindit’s so easy to set goals at the start of the new year and either 1. completely forget about them or 2. lose track of them over the course of the year🤷🏻♀️a couple tips i have for sticking to your new year’s resolutions🏼
1️⃣make goals that are realistic! set a challenging yet obtainable goal
2️⃣make little goals within your goal—try setting milestones you want to hit on your way to your ultimate goal
3️⃣be specific with what your goal is and how you’re going to reach it! this is where planning comes in...and if you take the time to write out a solid plan you’re more likely to follow it!
4️⃣write it down, make a collage, make it your phone wallpaper....something that is a visual reminder that you will see every day!
5️⃣don’t forget to celebrate your victories—big and small! it’s so important to reward yourself and keep your motivation high!
