Forearms are apart of the arms, they have there own muscles, to get them bigger you gotta work them out. I like to do forearms on arm day because they are already naturally worked out when doing some bicep and tricep workouts. To target the forearms I would do wrist curls, reverse curls, and dumbbell farmer walks πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ‘½ #vascular

Didn't feel like working out arms today.. Sore chest, abs, & shoulders but still destroyed arms today. Now I thank myself a lot more for actually doing the workout then not. It's a good feeling to know your working on yourself everyday, what motivates me is seeing the results just randomly when you notice one day. Still hungry for the pump πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ”₯
