Well, all of the wellness shots I had over the past 3 days plus the adjustment this morning from @buckheadchiro paid off because I hit a crazy snatch PR of sorts today! 🏋🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️ My previous squat snatch PR was 95, and tonight I hit a hang power snatch at 100 (the video below is my 3rd *tired* pull from the ground). 💤😫 You never know when you will accomplish a goal or take the next big step, so be ready for it with an open and positive mind! 🙏🏼 Something I have been trying to do away with is 2018 is telling myself “I can’t do this today.” ANY DAY IS THE RIGHT DAY! 💯
