🎥 B.B Back Squat 🎥
🇧🇷 Fazia um tempo que eu nao postava um agachamento aqui e porra se liga só, hoje eu estava me sentindo mto fraco e bem abaixo do que eu consigo e sabe de uma coisa !?!? NORMAL!! Tem um monte de fatores que tem de ser levado em conta, como por exemplo, noite de sono, quanto vc comeu no dia anterior e por ai vai. A questão é, todos nos vamos passar por esses dias e o que podemos fazer é dar o maximo possível pq no fim do dia isso vai fazer a diferença, acredite!
Ps: Todo meu leg day ta no stories caso te interesse 😉!!
#letsgetbettertogether . 🇦🇺It’s been a while since ive posted my squat routine. Today i was feeling weak AF and you know what!?!? It’s absolutely NORMAL!!! There are so many things that we can think about such as sleep or how much you ate or even how much water you drank. The thing is we are all going through those days and the best we can do is keep pushing and give it all cuz at the end of day it will make a difference, believe me !! 😉👌🏻👊🏻
Ps: My whole leg routine is on my stories 🤙🏻

I love it when you guys send me workouts to try!! Thanks for the recommendation @johnpleiva 🤸🏽‍♀️👏🏼 (I gave up doing wall walks after a few rounds as I’m nearly certain my Physio would kill me if she knew what I was doing🙊)

Loading up to 60kg on deadlifts which I haven’t done in so long. I’ve been doing high rep for a while now so keen to change the format up 💪🏻 Now... getting up at 5am, doing a tough leg workout leaves me slightly exhausted but need to push through till 9pm....
