Yes, it is SO easy to fall off track. That is...without a plan.
On the real? I've been struggling to get through this 6 week workout program!! Why? Healing from an injury and needing to back off from cardio and strength training at times so I would then do yoga.
However, I wasn't staying consistent with coming back to the workout program. So it wasn't getting done nor was I getting the results I wanted to see, mainly to feel strong again.
SO...enough became enough and began to figure out how to stay consistent.
I decided to do two days of cardio/strength training and then one day of yoga to restore, track it and repeat. I check off the days for cardio and block off the days I skip it and do yoga so I know to complete those days not checked yet. And it's working!!😀 Don't make your excuses of why you can't do x, y, and z more important than your reasons why you CAN - make the workout happen, bring the dream to fruition, and TAKE that first big scary step.
