How much time do you give back to yourself?
Our health and happiness should be our number 1 priority. While we all work hard and train hard, we can't forget to enjoy our journey through life. I see no point running your body mentally or physically into the ground. Make a plan, stick to it and give back to yourself!
I always make time for me, regardless of how "busy" I may be. It can be as simple as finding time to watch a movie or going for a walk. I believe we all get obsessed with what we THINK we should be doing, rather than actually doing what we WANT to do.
I don't believe it's being selfish, more just giving back to your own body. SO take care of yourself! listen to your mind! And if your feeling run down, tired all the time and a bit annoyed, think to yourself... when was the last time I did something for me?🤔 - 3 minutes ago
