If anyone watched my last live video a week or two ago, @cassandra_clemens is a textbook example of the content I covered. The topic basically pertained to "metabolic rate" and more specifically the way people love pointing out the fact that they're increasing calories and losing weight as if they're achieving some revolutionary feat. If enough people are interested I may do another live video featuring Cassandra and explain how she's eating more calories and lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks and how you may or may not be able to do the same thing.
