The only way to build ‘quality’ muscle is to ensure you follow a rigorous protocol that allows you to feed your body with best and adequate nutrition over a period of time. Fail to do this you, you will not maximise what your body is capable of.
I keep my diet very basic, this breeds consistency, accuracy and nutritional value.
Complex Carbs, high protein, low fat diet has been my approach, I still choose to keep my diet to the same foods or products, why? Because they work!
When it comes to diet, like anything, consistency is key! 5 year of ‘dieting’... same shit everyday... because I like it. Eating clean, will keep you lean!
