I love to start out my week with INTENTIONS. I’m a huge goals and intentions person. I write them down, and review them often….daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc. From my personal experience, if you have a goal, but don’t set intentions for the present moment, you’re way less likely to meet it! Intentions are the now…goals are future oriented. I think having a balance of both is essential to living your best + most beautiful life.
One of my intentions this week is based on a longer term goal of mine. Since fitness is such an important aspect of my own health, healing, and growth, I’ve had my girl @mindykimfit create a personalized 6 week training program for me to increase strength and tone my bod. My weekly intention based on this goal, is to simply stay in the present and commit to my new workouts THIS WEEK.
In short….. Make sure your weekly intentions match your long-term goals. Your goals will seem much less overwhelming when you create intentions that actually move you forward
