Brunch with my main squeeze 🏼 this little guy let me cook AND eat this delicious meal without any fussing the entire time (these moments are precious - and unheard of - people ). I have decided today is THE DAY. The day I get my eating back on track! I tried earlier this month to start but being new at #momlife it seems that despite my good intentions my diet as of late as been “eat whatever is available whenever I have a moment to shove something in my mouth”. While my choices haven’t been absolutely horrible, they haven’t been ideal either. There are some days I haven’t even eaten until 2 pm because I somehow “forgot” and if you know me at all you know I never used to “forget” to eat!! #alwayshungry
While caring for Hampton is my number 1 priority, I need to also remember to take care of myself. So this morning it was whole wheat toast with avocado spread 🥑 (added lemon 🍋, salt, pepper, Trader Joe’s Everything But The Bagel seasoning, and red pepper flakes), two poached eggs , a cara cara orange sliced , and a cup of Starbucks iced skinny vanilla latte ️. #mamaneedshercaffeine
