Aufgrund des gestrigen Burgerbildes sehr passend. 😅
Für mich ist so eine Mahlzeit mitterweile eine richtige Ausnahme geworden, denn meistens kochen wir selbst, frisch & gesund. Allerdings bin ich der Meinung, dass man sich nichts verbieten sollte. Es geht um die Veränderung des gesamten Lebensstils, statt um den Verzicht. ☝️Von einem Burger (oder 2 🤓) ist noch niemand fett geworden, genauso wie noch niemand von einem Salat dünn geworden ist! ☝️ Abnehmen ist ein Prozess. Es kann dein Leben verändern, das heißt aber nicht, dass dein Leben erst nach dem Abnehmen beginnt. You should be eating every 2 1⁄2 to 3 hours.  This works out to be 5-6 meals a day. These meals do not have to be large. You should split your daily calories evenly throughout your 6 meals. For example, if you are supposed to eat 1600 calories, you would just divide 1600 by 6. So you should eat 267 calories every 2-3 hours. Your metabolism is like the engine of your car. Your car runs off of fuel. So does your metabolism. Your metabolism has 2 fuel sources. Look at the chart in the picture. The 1st fuel source is fat burn (top) the 2nd fuel source is protein burn (muscle) (bottom). When you wake up you start at protein burn. When you eat break- fast your metabolism kickstarts and goes up to start burning fat. You will burn fat for 2-3 hrs. If you don’t eat again your metabolism goes back down to protein burn. It goes up and down like that throughout the day. If you would eat every 2-3 hours your body would not be burning all that muscle. It would be burning your stored fat. We want to lose the fat and keep the muscle. Muscle controls your metabolism, your metabolism controls your body fat. When you lose your muscle your metabolism slows down, when your metabolism slows down, your body fat will go up. We want to reverse that by increasing muscle so the metabolism will speed up and body fat will go down. 🌟For today’s homework, Do the math and see how many calories you personally should eat every 2-3 hours. Set an alarm on your watch or phone or anything to go off every 2-3 hours. Plan ahead and have healthy snacks and meals ready so that you can eat when the alarm goes off. You may not feel hungry if your metabolism isn’t used to this, but eat anyway. After a week or so, your internal alarm will let you know when it is time to eat.  Then you will know that your metabolism is working correctly.

Don’t…focus on low quality weight gainer shakes and make supplements your focus. Instead, track your calories and EAT REAL food and drink black gold (coffee) as your preworkout. Supplements are meant to supplement your diet, not make up your entire date.

Don’t focus on isolation exercises like biceps and lateral raises.  INSTEAD, focus on compound lifts like bench presses, deadlifts, squats, more squats, rows, and chin-ups.
