Ok, LAST POST TODAY SORRY. But these just came in the mail! I love @flapjacked products. Been using their protein pancake mix in the waffle maker on mornings when I have time. Ordered these off of amazon because I was dying to try them. So hyped on these. They’re 8 #weightwatcherssmartpoints. Which is a little higher than I’d like, but the macros on them are perfect. I just had S’mores for dessert and it really does feel like eating a muffin or a piece of cake. Think these are gonna be a staple as a sneaky treat from now on.

Make it a lifestyle, Not a Chore ❤

I used to always be afraid to eat out because I never wanted to do too much damage so I completely refrained myself. These days, rather than calling it off I will occassionally eat out and confidently request how I would like my food cooked/served. 💁🏽 Don't be afraid to ask and it will be very possible to eat out and still stick to the plan. It just comes down to been actively involved and consciously aware of the food choices you make.  Don't be ignorant to calorific dressings/oils etc if you're trying to place yourself in a deficit and then question why you aren't progressing when you're only "eating salads"

This took a total of 20 mins to whip up. I threw a few pieces of @pedersonsfarms Bacon in toaster oven  at 400deg for 20 mins. #baconisgoodforme While that was baking, I put 2 eggs in the Instant Pot at high pressure for 3 minutes, once high pressure was reached, I released the pressure manually after 2 minutes👌

Purple sweet potato! Isn’t it majestic? Anthocyanins are the potent compounds responsible for making certain plant foods purple. Purple cauliflower is another one you see sometimes. I couldn’t believe how brilliant the color really was after I baked it. I’m lazy so I toss my sweet potatoes into the 400 degree oven for an hour. The skin comes off very easily after baking. Then I usually mash them and distribute into my little meal containers. For these purple tubers I added some whole milk, butter, cinnamon, and coconut oil. Then I garnished with @wallabyyogurt vanilla greek yogurt (it’s the best yogurt I’ve ever had) and some raw walnuts. Carbs are great for you. You should just get them from the right places at the right times. Also, making the macros more dynamic in your carb heavy meal (like adding healthy fats) is a great way to promote a healthy insulin response. But again, everyone needs carbs. They have a gigantic effect on performance in all areas of life. Tuesday Tip: Looking for a flat tummy? First off, remember that just like anything- slimming down or building muscles in your mid-section is hard work and requires consistency. You’ll never get results overnight. That said, there are plenty of things you can do to help you gain strides towards a trimmer tummy.
1️⃣Drink a lot of water—at least half your body weight in ounces each day to keep hydrated and to flush out toxins.
2️⃣Do cardio- but try it fasted. This will help burn fat from your fat stores rather than burn food calories you just consumed. Try integrating fasted cardio 2-3 mornings a week and see how your body changes over traditional cardio exercises.
3️⃣Work on posture! Good posture helps strengthen your tummy muscles from front to back!
4️⃣Cut back on food that causes inflammation and bloating: dairy and gluten are a great place to start. You may not have a full blown intolerance but many of us still have some small inflammatory response to these good groups.
5️⃣Plank. Adding planks into your regular exercise routine is another great way to keep the core focus engaged and to build a strong core.
6️⃣Get on a probiotic. The right probiotic can actually convert food molecules to short chain fatty acids which control fat BURN, PREVENT fat storage, and will help cut down on that belly bloat. Today’s food accountability. Breakfast: iced coffee with unsweetened cashew milk and one stevia. 1st meal 12:00pm. Protein bar. Snack: 4:00 leftover Mexican corn made with greek yogurt. Dinner: 5:30 low carb bagel with grilled chicken, mushrooms, olives, Munster cheese, lettuce, tomato and some of the Greek yogurt sauce from the corn. *My favorite nutrition tips* 
Carb-cycling. This is definitely what helped me get a handle on my nutrition when I didn't know where to start. Plain and simple: low carb means carbs for bfast and that's it for the day. High carb means carbs throughout the entire day. 
Obviously, it can be broken down into much more detail, but for now, you can use this chart to determine what your 5 meals will look like for the day. When I stick to 3 low carb days in a week (combined with consistent workouts), I will inevitably go down in weight. When I want to maintain my weight, I take out my low carb days and keep my workouts. I gain weight if I don't workout and dont have low carb days. 
Use trial and error to figure out how your body responds to carb cycling. It's not for everyone and it may look different for everyone but it's def worth trying. Msg or comment for more details!
