When I commit - I want to succeed . I’ve always been pretty good with my eating habits, but I’ve found now that we have a new little person in the house, constantly eating at all the times I am not, it’s extremely easy to nibble on one crust, lick that knife, or sneek a few too many goldfish — ALL THE TIME. One of the BIGGEST reasons I said “YES” to this 80 DAY challenge this time around was so I could train out all the bad habits that have crept their way back in. It’s such a slippery slope for me, it’s gotta be ALL or NOTHING . And this is what I try to emphasize so much to people looking for some support. Timed Nutrition is clever approach to setting us all straight with the idea of eating 5 smaller meals, throughout the day.. SCHEDULING THEM.... SCHEDULING OUR DAY... and sticking to it. .
Tonight’s Dinner suited the whole family over here. 80DAY/FIXATE approved ️️️.
