Arm training for females.
I choose exercises for females exactly the same as I would choose them for males. I establish goals & design a program that would be optimal to achieve those goals in the quickest time frame possible. The sex is Irrelevant. Tash is very clear with her goals which means we can be very specific and optimise her sessions. She hits them directly once per week. Intensity is generally high. Volume is generally low. Nutrition always on point to recover efficiently between her sessions. She enjoys being strong & loves to challenge herself with weight weekly.
