I get asked often.. so what are these accountability groups or challenges you run? 🤔 This is what they are! A group of people who are all working hard toward a common goal: bettering themselves, mind, body, & soul! Posting their sweaty selfies & dang proud of their hard work!! Look at all those beautiful sweaty faces!! We all crave these things:
accountability support community safety to be ourselves & not judged
to better ourselves to be challenged
to feel good while being surrounded by positivity & motivation
And that's exactly what my groups do!! ALL OF THAT! ️I know I CRAVE that and I love being in these groups! And I was so excited to join my first one a year ago and it's what kept me in the game & not to give up! I will admit I had a tough workout today, but having my workout crew pushing alongside me was the only reason I 1. Didn't cry, 2. Didn't stop! So even a year later, these groups STILL excite me & help me! Because that's what we want! And as a coach, I get to run them as often as I want!
So I'm opening up my next group that starts Jan 5th! 30 days of learning how to love yourself, mind, body, & soul! Getting all of those things I talked about ️plus learning self care & self love! I want to share all these amazing tools I have and help you start hitting goals at the same time!! This is open to any level of fitness! But prepared to be a little challenged & to be held accountable! but that's the point! Can't expect to keep doing the same things and get diff results right?
