1 cm fresh ginger⠀
2 cups baby spinach⠀
1 cup frozen pineapple⠀
2 cups water⠀

Morning routine for smoothie & juices! I’ll add a good gulp of coconut oil, frozen 1/2 avocado, handful of frozen berries & some soaked nuts 🥜 plus collagen Powder & pea protein! Wow seems like an awful lot but i genuinely love it and if I have a day where I don’t do it I can really feel it throughout the day. .
The bottle, I made up two of yesterday morning, is carrot, orange & turmeric.... it’s been my craving for months now! .
I’ve tried all sorts of ‘healthy eating’ fads, ideas, routines etc even went raw after I had Eli for 9 months which was definitely when I felt my ultimate best BUT I also constantly felt deprived of foods I love & restricted socially which I hated ... .
“Eat Colour” i think in a world that throws so much health crap at us every minute of every day, I really do think it’s as simple as ‘Eat Colour’ when it comes to food & that magic word ‘Balance’ as well .
