Session number 3
So tonight was a lot more promising. Put on 0.500 grams in a week and a half... Lol, I know that may not seem like much, but for this ectomorph that only puts on wieght with clothes, that's a huge accomplishment. Mole Hill, mountain analogies not welcome.
Besides that from the first training session where I nearly gave over the ghost planking for just 15 seconds a session, with just a small change in diet, moved up to 50 seconds and I still had enough energy to call my trainer an asshole for putting a weight on my back, PROGRESS!
Haha, don't judge me, we all think our trainers are demons when we with them getting pushed to our limits, but thank them constantly when they not there.
But seriously, I owe my quick progress in just 3 sessions thanks to James and having a personal trainer, however I am also going to say it's because I'm mutha trucking awesome, but I'm trying to be humble.
By the way the the second picture is blurry because 'someone' decided to go Hulk next to my ear. but at least you can measure how 'ectomorphy' I am
Physically I feel look shit,
