Goals: we all go out and set our own goals everyday from careers to jobs to whatever. But how many of you go home and work on your personal goals?? I was in a funk for awhile- stressed from nursing school, never having a day off to just relax, low self esteem, I was gaining weight & eating junk etc. I changed and started working on those personal goals- bettering myself...working out-
it's lowered my stress,

Makes me happier, and I just love it.
