As many of you might already know, besides my mma training, I also am a visual graphic designer, illustrator, and manual artist.
I am a fully certified and professional designer with a lifetime of experience.
My second job in the US Army was as a digital and manual graphic designer and illustration artist.
This was a quick sketch of my friend's best friend and lifetime partner Roger. Roger passed away several years ago, and I did this as a gift to show my condolences.
It might have been only a 45 minute rendering of Roger, but my friend still cherishes it and has a small frame of it to this day.
We all eventually will lose the ones we love and cherish throughout our lifetime. We've all most likely experienced the extreme pain of losing the ones we love.
As long as we have one another, and each other during those most difficult times of our lives, then we will always be able to make it through.
We live in a world consumed by our own suffering and pain. All of you on here carry within yourselves the collective light. The energy of healing, the energy to influence and make someone's life better.
It's always a choice whether to surrender to the dark, or fight back to the light.
Just keep in mind that your life is only your life and your life alone to choose. No one else can make you happy. You must love yourself before you can love someone else. But once you realize that you always have that choice to return to your best and highest self, and that no one will ever be able to influence you out of your light, your life...well... That's where the real work begins... 😑️️️️🤘🤙🤜🤛🤝️🖖😑 - 5 minutes ago
