Stress Management Kills SO Many Peoples Results ☠️
Work, Family, Kids, Relationships, Lack of Sleep, Worry, Doubt, Too Much Training, Too Little Calories, Not Enough Personal Space....
The list goes on.
At the end of the day, we all have TONS of stressors in our lives.
Many of them are why we actually see results, we need some stress.
But many are negative AND many are just those good stressors, done in excess.
Regardless this is something you need to manage if you want to see serious results.
Here’s my Top 4 Stress Management Practices That All Improve Results:
Spend 3 minutes or 20, just do it. You NEED to create calm space for yourself every single day if you plan to keep up with what it takes to be successful in any avenue of life.
2️⃣ IMPROVE SLEEP
This is obvious, but ignored heavily. Track how many hours you get and score your quality of sleep on a scale of 1-5 every morning. It’ll build awareness and THEN you can work to improve it.
3️⃣ BETTER NUTRITION
Nutrition is the easiest way to improve your body’s stress capacity. Dial in your macros and include a better variety of micros, guarantee your body will handle stress better.
4️⃣ GIVE YOURSELF TIME BLOCKS
This was a game changer for me. Set a task and set a timer, when that time goes off - you’re done. Move onto the next task. Keeps you dialed in and focus. I also suggest having a stop time for your days work. When it hits 5pm, you’re done for the day. Sign off and make sure all real work is put off til tomorrow. This will balance your life WAY more and help manage stress tremendously.
