(45lb, 25lb, 45lb, 25lb on each side)
10 reps, take one plate off
10 reps, take on plate off the other side
Continue till no more plates remaining, last 10 reps with no weight.

Squat x 10 (light weight)
Trap Bar Deadlift x 10 (moderate weight)
Go through all three exercises with no rest. Then partner does all three.
