IM PUMPED, the past two nights I have slept through the ENTIRE night without waking up to pee, feeling hungry, or just because my body was like F sleep. This may sound lame but I woke up so excited and ready to take on the day because my sleep was on point🏼 Last year in prep I would have troubles with staying asleep because I would wake up hungry and have to pee a thousand times so this is very exciting for me to be able to sleep better this time around! Try eliminating water earlier on in the night, putting away your phone, or eating a little more fat before sleep. I found that saving some of my fat macros before bed would help my hormones to regulate and allow me to sleep a little better and keep me fuller until it's time for breakfast the next day! Try them out and if you have any tips I'd love to hear them!!!
