A different kind of #TransformationTuesday Both of these photos I'm 150lbs 🙃 However my body composition has completely changed. The left was about a year and a half ago as I was getting myself out of a plateau. I had reintroduced foods that I had removed from my diet going paleo 5+ years ago. Grains, legumes, dairy. Next time someone asks me WHY I eat paleo I plan to show them this photo Those things just don't agree with my body. Say what you want I looked good or fine before - actually you can keep that to yourself please & thank you 🏻BUT its about my health. How I FELT day in and out. My energy levels are night and day different. And I have no shame in saying I feel way better in my skin NOW then I did on the left. My confidence is higher. My clothes fit better. My endurance & strength is higher. I'm proud of myself for recommitting to my nutrition. I'm proud of myself for putting in the work and NOT GIVING UP on myself even when I had so many times in the past. I was the girl who quit everything she started 4.5 years ago, but this is why you can't quit before the magic happens I think its also a good reminder to not only track your progress with a scale or in my opinion pay much attention to it You body can COMPLETELY change without seeing movement on the scale. So don't be hard on yourself if your not seeing that number move.
