The menopause is often referred to as the 'change' but for many they don't see it as a positive one.
Hot flushes, fatigue, insomnia, mood swings, forgetfulness.......and many more 'symptoms' mean its a miserable time and they can lose sight of who they are.
It doesn't have to be that way. It can be a time of great transformation and change for the better.
Having trained women for well over a decade and worked with them on nutrition, fitness and mindset, and being a women who has gone through the menopause herself, I am in an ideal place to share my knowledge.
At present I work with women 1-2-1 and in groups but I am now putting everything together into a 10 week 'Be The Change ' programme.
Exercise, nutrition plans, recipes, mindset exercises, worksheets, videos, lifestyle changes......everything you need to change for the better.
