▶️It has now been more than a year since the organization that I work for installed adjustable desks where one can either sit or stand while working on their computer.
_
▶️From a gym reimbursement program, onsite fitness center, healthy food options in the breakroom, to the adjustable desks, I am glad to be part of an organization that makes it that much easier to incorporate healthy habits into my day-to-day routine.
_
▶️In an article titled, “Why Sitting Too Much Is Bad for Your Health” found at (https://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/ss/slideshow-sitting-health) it highlights the negatives of sitting for extensive periods of time. In light of keeping things positive, let’s flip the negatives of the article and highlight the benefits of standing and keeping you on the road to good health.

▶️Working more movement into your day by standing at your desk, stretching, and/or taking a stroll around the office periodically helps with the following:
1️⃣Improves the health of your heart
2️⃣Decreases the odds of dementia and diabetes
3️⃣Helps to keep the spine in line (posture)
4️⃣Maintains the gains from exercise and proper nutrition
5️⃣Reduces anxiety levels

Today, I completed my third 30-session package with my Master Trainer @jeckbeng. That means I’ve trained with him 90 times! In the past year and a half, he has turned my body into an endurance  machine, and I couldn’t have achieved all I have in swimming and running without his guidance and support. 
This #Gratituesday, I am grateful for this fantastic man, and to @fitnessfirstmalaysia for believing in my goals as a plant-based athlete.

Bench Press - A staple exercise for building muscle mass and strength in the chest. The primary muscles that are worked in a bench press are the triceps brachii and pectoralis major with the anterior (front) deltoids, traps & back as secondary muscles used in the bench press. .
Squat - In general, the barbell back squat can be used to do any or all of the following: increasing lower body strength and muscle mass, primarily in the quads, glutes, and hamstrings. increasing core strength, particularly the anterior core. .
Deadlifts - To execute a deadlift, the primary muscles are the glutes, hamstrings and spinal erectors (along with a lot of supporting muscles). The integration of these muscles allows you to lift heavier weights than many other types of exercises. The deadlift truly is the king of the entire body when it comes to recruiting several muscles. .
Military Press - The standing barbell shoulder press is an amazing exercise which targets a lot of muscle in the upper body and increases the stability of your core. The most of the work is done by the front and side delts, then the rear delts, upper pectoral muscles, triceps and traps.

Ciężko uwierzyć, ale te 2 zdjęcia równi okres 2 miesięcy. Leniwa dieta, słodycze, stres, kawa, mało snu i brak zaangażowania na siłowni. Ale wystarczył mały bodziec, oraz wykorzystanie wiedzy w praktyce i znów wyglądam jak człowiek. Trener nie zawsze jest przykładem idealnej sylwetki, bo też jest człowiekiem i miewa gorszy okres, ale to on stawia Cie na nogi i pomaga w trudnych chwila oraz doprowadza do upragnionego celu. Сегодня у меня было первое занятие в @fit_studio.chita с персональным тренером тренажерного зала 🏋️‍♀️ и стретчинга Артёмом Остапчук. Кстати, Артем проходил обучение в Первой школе фитнеса в Москве. А ещё он призёр 🏆17-го, 18-го, 20-го Чемпионата Забайкальского края по бодибилдингу. Так вот, сегодня я занималась в тренажерном зале 🏋️‍♀️и выполняла упражнения на определенные мышечные группы, делала приседания и побегала в кардио зоне. Сказать, что мне понравилось, это не сказать ничего! Сегодня у меня было первое занятие в @fit_studio.chita с персональным тренером тренажерного зала 🏋️‍♀️ и стретчинга Артёмом Остапчук. Кстати, Артем проходил обучение в Первой школе фитнеса в Москве. А ещё он призёр 17-го, 18-го, 20-го Чемпионата Забайкальского края по бодибилдингу. Так вот, сегодня я занималась в тренажерном зале 🏋️‍♀️и выполняла упражнения на определенные мышечные группы, делала приседания и побегала в кардио зоне. Сказать, что мне понравилось, это не сказать ничего! HIIT treninzi! U teretani sam sedam dana u nedelji, od tih sedam dana po 8h i uvek vidjam jednu istu stvar. Ljude koji su u „misiji“ skidanja sala. Oni iznova i iznova provode sate i sate hodajući ili trčeći po traci a rezultati su slabo vidljivi ili ih uopste i nema! Ja to postujem ali zašto raditi iznova i iznova nesto sto ne radi i ne daje rezultate?

To mi govori da vecina ljudi nije čula za HIIT treninge!
HIIT trening se smatra vrstom kardio vežbanja, iako ima elemente anaerobnog treninga. 
Pošto je zima I vežbamo u zavorenim prostorijama i prepunim teretanama, a da ne pričamo o nedostatku vremena HIIT trening je dobar način da učinite nešto dobro za vas i to BRZO!

Predložiću par HIIT treninga koje ja kombinujem na traci.

TRENING 1
3 minuta laganog hoda – zagrevanje
1 minut ubrzanog hoda na ravnoj podlozi, do pred potrebu za trčanjem
2 minuta oporavak (lagano hodanje)
1 minut brzog hoda na uzbrdici (incline 6, brzina 6km/h)
2 minuta oporavak
1 minut dugačkih iskoraka na uzbrdici (incline max, brzina 6 km/h)
Ponoviti još jednom krug. 
TOTAL: 20min

TRENING 2
Prvi interval:
2 minuta normalnog hoda, zagrevanje (5.5 – 6 km/h)
2 minuta trčanja (10 km/h)
1 minut sprinta (13+ km/h)
Drugi interval:
2 minuta umereno brzog hoda, oporavak
2 minuta trčanja na uzbrdici (incline 2,5, brzina 8 km/h)
1 minut brzog trčanja na istoj uzbrdici
Treći interval (isto kao pravi)
Četvrti interval (isto kao drugi)
TOTAL : 20min

HIIT treninzi! U teretani sam sedam dana u nedelji, od tih sedam dana po 8h i uvek vidjam jednu istu stvar. Ljude koji su u „misiji“ skidanja sala. Oni iznova i iznova provode sate i sate hodajući ili trčeći po traci a rezultati su slabo vidljivi ili ih uopste i nema! Ja to postujem ali zašto raditi iznova i iznova nesto sto ne radi i ne daje rezultate? To mi govori da vecina ljudi nije čula za HIIT treninge! HIIT trening se smatra vrstom kardio vežbanja, iako ima elemente anaerobnog treninga. Pošto je zima I vežbamo u zavorenim prostorijama i prepunim teretanama, a da ne pričamo o nedostatku vremena HIIT trening je dobar način da učinite nešto dobro za vas i to BRZO! Predložiću par HIIT treninga koje ja kombinujem na traci. TRENING 1 3 minuta laganog hoda – zagrevanje 1 minut ubrzanog hoda na ravnoj podlozi, do pred potrebu za trčanjem 2 minuta oporavak (lagano hodanje) 1 minut brzog hoda na uzbrdici (incline 6, brzina 6km/h) 2 minuta oporavak 1 minut dugačkih iskoraka na uzbrdici (incline max, brzina 6 km/h) Ponoviti još jednom krug. TOTAL: 20min TRENING 2 Prvi interval: 2 minuta normalnog hoda, zagrevanje (5.5 – 6 km/h) 2 minuta trčanja (10 km/h) 1 minut sprinta (13+ km/h) Drugi interval: 2 minuta umereno brzog hoda, oporavak 2 minuta trčanja na uzbrdici (incline 2,5, brzina 8 km/h) 1 minut brzog trčanja na istoj uzbrdici Treći interval (isto kao pravi) Četvrti interval (isto kao drugi) TOTAL : 20min Nekoliko benefita koje donosi HIIT vrsta treninga: 1.
