Ever wondered why avocados get so much hype! Well they're definitely not overrated! I smash the hell out of them for plenty of monounsaturated fat gains. If my bodyfat drops too low, below around 6%, performance starts to SUCK and my joints feel ridiculously inflamed! Try and push through with a warrior spirit, and NOPE, your session will rapidly go from bad to worse! My advice; drop bodyfat as fast as you can with a careful mix of carb timing, macro manipulation, calorie reduction, and progressive HIIT & S&C training, then drive a fierce looking machine at around 6-8% learning to perform like a freakish ninja!!!

A solid core keeps your back healthy, improves your balance, enhances performance and prevents injuries. This workout combines several hip isolation movements to strenghten and stabilize your glutes, core and hips. Perfrom the first 3 excercises for 30 sec on one side, 10 sec rest.
