Why Pregnancy Pilates?
Pregnancy is a time of significant change for the body. With a focus on core stability, strength and overall fitness, our classes are an excellent way to help the body cope with the changes it is undergoing and prepare it for the stresses to come.

Mothers-to-be who regularly exercise their core muscles can expect to experience shorter labours and reduced lower back and pelvic pain. Only exercises that are completely safe for mother and baby will be performed.
