Couple of lifts from last nights Back and Arms workout
1)Started with an incline bench dumbbell row working on a quick squeeze at the top of the lift
2)Wide grip lat pull down, working in the 10-12 rep range
3)Superset between the Hammer Strength Low Row machine and the High Row machine (not shown) in order to target most of the back
4)Finished with arms and the lift shown is a barbell curl with a bicep blaster from @stevecook in order to isolate the bicep. Tried controlling the negative on the way down with and explosive positive

The shirt and shorts are both from @gymshark as they are one of my personal favorite workout clothing lines out there. They provide a great product that is super comfortable for a great value.

So I literally had the worst audition of my life today which I should have totally rocked.  There are so many reasons why it went so badly, and it’s the WORST feeling in the world to have a terrible showing in front of friends and to know you didn’t even demonstrate a fraction of what you can do or how you should sound.  Not even close.  It’s a truly awful feeling which I couldn’t shake for a long time. 
I hate it, but I also appreciate failure as a teacher and a refiner.  I try to learn the lessons I need from it and have it make me stronger and more prepared for what life might bring in the future.  I’m certainly determined to never have that feeling again even though I probably will.  But as the wise seers Chumbawumba once said...I get knocked down, but I get up again...
So I took my frustrations out on the weights at the gym and had a killer workout.  Here’s to the next time.

Diet is key.
I've entered phase 3 of my cut so now im at a total of 2,000 calories. Like gaaaah daaamn😲😓

• At the end of phase 2 (2250 calories) and now at the start of phase 3, I'm slowly starting to see my abs more and more. Keep in mind, that I haven't implemented cardio yet and that is on purpose.

A great way to target those front delts! Two things to keep in mind on shoulder day:
.

1 - You should be feeling it most on the negative (meaning on the way down). Aim to resist gravity and bring the weight down slowly to feel it the most. Yes, the positive also matters but the negative is where you’ll get the most out of your set. Don’t let the weight fall, bring it down and bring it back up right before tension releases.

2 - SUPERSETS. The best shoulder workouts are gonna come from supersets. Shoulders are not your typical compound muscle, they usually require a high amount of reps on low weight to really get a solid burn. .

A great way to target those front delts! Two things to keep in mind on shoulder day: . . 1 - You should be feeling it most on the negative (meaning on the way down). Aim to resist gravity and bring the weight down slowly to feel it the most. Yes, the positive also matters but the negative is where you’ll get the most out of your set. Don’t let the weight fall, bring it down and bring it back up right before tension releases. . . 2 - SUPERSETS. The best shoulder workouts are gonna come from supersets. ⚠️Hairy chest alert! So recently I've been really hammering chest in order to improve the size and width by applying different moves and exercises and I can't emphasise enough how important it is to hit your chest (not literally) and focus on the very basics, such as incline and decline bench barbell press, dumbell presses, some form of flies and yeah I'm really enjoying watching the famous fitness guys and applying what they know and combining how I like to train chest and my preferences. An important notice is that maintaining a body stems from a diet that is balanced well, so protein and carbs and healthy fats are key areas of nourishment that my body needs because I've been training and training for long periods of time, exactly 1 to 2 hour sessions 5 times a week. Part of week one is @bodybuildingcom is asking all participants their ‘why’.

I think I’ve had this questioned asked a hundred times and every time I’ve answered it in different variations. To me this means my why isn’t yet fully clear.
.
However, the more we ask ourselves this question, the more we confront ourselves the clearer our answer becomes. You’ll find the more you define your why, the more your core traits as the ideal human you want to become, emerge.
.
One truth I must emphasize is this contest is the same as a wedding or a vacation. It’s a set goal defined by a event or situation that inspires us to move. But reality is, is that those who fight hard enough to see it through are faced with the question, what now?
.
Your why needs to be strong enough to carry you through these next number of weeks. Your why needs to be stronger than these next few weeks because when you’ve accomplished the deadline, you need to grip to something greater than yourself to keep the same priority, the same level of urgency to make this change, a lifestyle.
.
My why isn’t so much fitness based as it is a lifestyle focus. I want to know there’s more to life than just existing, just sleepwalking through the greatest opportunity ever, I want to live.
.
Defining your why is majorly important because despite being able to reward yourself with gym clothes, headphones, shoes, etc. Your why is the reason you wake up so early, why you go to the gym after work, or in the middle of the night not your clothes, headphones, or shoes.

Now RISE AND GRIND. The day is yours to conquer!

Pero tambien existen personas que te impulsan a querer mas ejemplo : @davidlaid , @mckenna_dylan  chavos que llevan su capacidad fisica a otro nivel o @stevecook  para mi es un atleta muy complento incluso podria decir que el mejor . 💪

Tonight, I finally had the chance to train in the glorious house of gains @fitnessculture_. 
I would’ve done it Saturday when I attended the grand opening, however, I felt it would not have been fair to everyone attending to pick up weights that were too worn out after I got done with them. 😎💪🏼 (Ok, you can quit laughing now) 
In all seriousness tho, it was definitely a good feeling to use Olympic bars, and metal weights which I am a huge fan of. I am definitely gonna attended more often and amp up my goals. @stevecook, and company, you guys have done an amazing job with the gym, you will definitely see me more often, and a huge congrats once again. 🤘🏼
On a side note, my @gymshark #66daychallenge is still going strong. 
Waking up earlier everyday has increased wonderfully. My gains and overall well being are improving tremendously. 
Overall, 2018 has started off with highly enjoyable personal results which I am enjoying immensely, and will continue throughout the year. Bring on 2018.

I been hesitant to post this picture because in general society norms, people expect you to show you the beginning (before working out) and the end (being cut), but not the middle. This is because it’s looked upon as a weakest point in your life and people let it become that. For me, it may be the strongest point because of how my perspective of life is. -
