I don't listen to this album much it's an album full of pain and hurt, I'm a huge Brody Dalle fan, always have been but her work in The Distillers was the best music she made. That being said, her voice is just so perfect no matter what she sings and some of the songs were just what I needed today! I would love to sit here and list all the things about my body I would like to fix.... However, I've grown and learned to accept that this is me.

This doesn't mean that I'm going to stop doing what I love. I'm not going to put myself down because I don't have a flat stomach. I'm not going to put myself down for having wide hips and curves.

Instead, I'm going to use my flaws as a way to keep me motivated and on track.

Never gets easier.😔
I did some great #cardio #workout on the elliptical,40 minutes,burned 730 calories😜,and it felt great.even though I had some uncomfortable soreness in my right side,I still pushed on in my goals to be more active.I've been struggling though,food wise.mind wise.I feel good about my exercising,but I keep feeling like I'm ruining it by my eating.I try to be healthy,but I know I eat more bad stuff then I should.and because of past not healthy mindset habits,it's been hard😞.I try to not feel guilty about every little thing,but it's a constant process that is probably never gonna get easier.that and because of health issues I've struggled with before,it's also hard for me to get in shape.I have to choose to get stronger no matter how hard the process is,physically,or mentally.I'm so motivated by those who speak about their past/current struggles and it makes me wanna be brave to be real about my own.I have to choose daily sometimes to not let my past thinking,habits,get in the way of the progress I want to make in my life,mind,and body.happy weekend everybody.✌

🚨 HANGOVER ALERT 🚨 •
I haven’t been out since NYE and I’ve been loving it to be quite honest I’ve been coming home and chilling and been feeling so focused. However, last night I had 10 family members in watching my show, 2 friends I haven’t seen in over 4 years and a friend in another show was in town and I thought faaaaack it 🙆🏽‍♀️ and I had the best time! My heart was so full of love and joy seeing their faces ☺️♥️

This morning I’m dying. Head is pounding and I feel so dehydrated but I’ve got my big bottle of water by my side and ready to go smash a session 💪🏽 I’m also pretty proud that I set aside a decent amount of macros to have my night and not feel guilty. AND instead of having my usual cheesy chips, pizza and all of that I came home and made toast and soup instead which I think deserves a round of applause 🤪👏🏽

So here I am still excited and motivated to get my ass to the gym! This quote is serving me well today “We are what we repeatedly do” 🙌🏽

Me benching 75kg for 8 reps with a bow/buffalo bar. After all the shoulder injuries I've had in the past few years, this is a step in the right direction. 
The straight barbell is king. If you have a quality barbell, a platform, and some squat stands, 99% of your training needs will be covered. 
For me the bow bar has been a life saver due to it's slight camber.
