Progress takes time ⏱ but with a little motivation, a lot of sweat, & some pain (soreness) 😬 any fitness goal can be met.
This before picture is only from 90 days ago! I have seriously been busting my a$$ in the gym learning new fitness methods, what did & what didn’t work for my body, form, new eating habits, & the importance of REST days
I used to do cardio for hours & pilates for toning. Now I lift (HEAVY) 3-4 days a week w/ 1 active recovery day. I eat meals to fuel my body & I couldn’t be happier to see the difference even after only 90 days
Set goals for yourself, take progress pics, create new habits. Watch yourself change!!
