Had a Fit(ish) moment at dinner because we ordered some pizza. I think I did pretty good all day with my shake for breakfast fruits for snack, salad for lunch, then dinner. Lmao. Good thing I'm not on a diet or I'd be down on myself right now. I'm not quitting and I'm also not going to make broken promises of food restrictions either. I am improving my eating habits and to me, this is balance. Most meals healthy, some are YOLO meals. Eating healthy is hard but counting calories and restrictions are not my thing. I like slow and steady. This is going to be a long transition of building better eating habits.

Good thing I'm not on a diet or I'd be down on myself right now. I'm not quitting and I'm also not going to make broken promises of food restrictions either. I am improving my eating habits and to me, this is balance. Most meals healthy, some are YOLO meals. Eating healthy is hard but counting calories and restrictions are not my thing. It was BACK DAY! Gotta train those ‘go’ muscles, not just your ‘show muscles’. Pull-ups and deadlifts are probably my two favorite strength moves that make me feel like Wonder Woman! .

I lift, train and move for the love of it, the joy of getting stronger, the excitement in seeing what my body can do and because it makes me feel amazing! .

Barefoot again! ...and loving It! 😀
This one was short and sharp and took my breath away... 85kg deadlifts (my favourite😍) and 24" box jumps followed by a 200m run

21-15-9 rep range - you can see I'm starting to struggle on those last few reps of the 21 deads... Love changing up my training from long to short to heavy to fast... (never light though😆)...I love to keep my body guessing and that's what keeps it conditioned. ...and that way I never get bored... which keeps it interesting and keeps me going... not forgetting that how it all makes me feel at the end of the day is also a huge factor.  I hear a lot of people start an exercise regime only to stop.  You dont stop eating do you??? Then why would you stop moving??? Yes doing something different is always going to be challenging and sticking to it even more challenging... but you just have to keep at It! And after awhile you won't want to stop because it FEELS too good to stop.

One of the main reasons people stop is that they get bored or they go too hard at the start... that's what I'm here for! I'm here to ease you into It and guide you, making sure you move as best you can... then progress and all this with changing up the workouts so you NEVER get bored😀

Chugged my @getmammoth pump pwo, drove to the gym to see a sign on the door "closed for gas leak." I was pretty disappointed but remembered there was a giant fitness near by. The gym was alright but it really makes me appreciate the size and weight/machine variety at LA fitness

If you're in need of a shoulder/ back workout, try this one ☝🏼 :
1️⃣bent over rows 4x12
2️⃣clip one shows the first part of my superset starting with side lateral raises with an outward grip 4X10. Then second clip shows the second 1/2 of my superset doing cross body raises 4x5 ea arm. (Hit that High V for all my cheerleaders out there 🎀)
3️⃣clip 3 shows a behind the back lat pull down, alternating arms. Hit 4X12 (left⬅️right➡️center⏹ =1 rep)
4️⃣4th clip is the first 1/2 of superset- single-arm cable lateral raises 4X10 ea side. 5th clip is the second 1/2 of superset- inverted pull-up 4X8-10 
5️⃣last superset! shown in clip 6 is shrugs 4X12 (cropped my face out bcz I looked crazy 😜) andddd clip 7 is the second 1/2 of superset showing a shoulder-winged lateral raise 4X10

But you & I know we can’t, in between the before and after is where many of us are right now, and that can be a challenging position to be in.

It can be easy to lose focus when results don’t come as fast as we wish they would, but patience and persistence will not do you wrong.

There is only one fear in life.  And that is being stagnant.  I don’t want  to wake up someday 10 years from now, 10 weeks from now, or even 10 days from now only to find I’m no closer to my goal than I was before.  Stagnancy is the true fear.  Because we never know how long we have to live.  Nothing is guaranteed.  If you wanna start making a change in your life, think about this every time you wake up.  What if this was your last day on earth? What would you do?  Would this be the legacy you wanted to leave? And if you start doing this every day of your life you will never find yourself stagnant.
