Another workout down and another cute shirt today. I have far more clothes in my workout wardrobe than I do in every day wear.
I am in the second half of Phase 1 of Thinner Leaner Stronger now. The gains seem to be tapering off, which although not surprising, is a bit disappointing. I am still enjoying lifting barbells again however, and I have already started plotting out the next 8 week phase. - 31 minutes ago
