Shoulde press machine sets should be performed as a warm up. Do not go to failure on any set.
Barbell strict press sets should be performed as heavy as possible.Tempo should be 2 second negative, 1 second pause, and then drive the bar up as fast as possible.
Arnold press. Perform these sat on a bench with the heaviest dumbbells you can maintain correct form. Tempo 3 second negative, 1 second pause, 2 second concentric.
Lateral raise and reverse flyes, again using the heaviest weight possible with 3-1-2 tempo.
