Looking back on some progress photos today hear you see two different sports ( Strongman and MMA ) Weights vs Cardio if you like the photo on the left is 77KG Body Weight and the right is 76KG. Both sports require different training of course that’s fucking obvious, it’s the it mad how the body hold weight ? Even when your lean the scales mean fuck all. Train for specific needs and don’t try and do to much at once. DAY 13: HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR SLEEP.
If your someone who lays awake at night and just can't seem to nod off, then this is for you. It's recommended we get around 6-8 hours sleep per night, if you think your nowhere near this then try altering a few of these simple things.
🔺CAFFEINE: not a drop a minimum of 6 hours before bed.
🔺 TECHNOLOGY: keep it away from the bedroom, read a book or listen to the radio.
🔺STRESS: steals endless hours of sleep. Try clearing your thoughts before heading to bed. Speak to a friend, write it down and get it off your chest.
🔺EXERCISE: use the energy you still have left in the tank!
🔺BLACK OUT: keep the room completely dark, winter is not so bad but summer nights are short and the sun is often making an appearance at 4am😩 .

The LMH PT Crew for FitEx 2017 🙌🏽 All ready (not for the photo clearly) but to support our amazing boss Phil for his seminar on mobility solutions (which was fantastic btw) 🌟 I love my little LM Family, it’s so amazing to work in an environment full of people that all have the same drive and goals to help others achieve their goals, but also support one another. In this industry it’s often about competing with others to get clients/make more money/be a bigger influencer.... However this team laughs, and cry’s together, encourages one an other and all the members feel like an extended family! Needless to say they make the 5.30am starts bearable and I wouldn’t be without them! ❤️

The LMH PT Crew for FitEx 2017 🏽 All ready (not for the photo clearly) but to support our amazing boss Phil for his seminar on mobility solutions (which was fantastic btw) I love my little LM Family, it’s so amazing to work in an environment full of people that all have the same drive and goals to help others achieve their goals, but also support one another. In this industry it’s often about competing with others to get clients/make more money/be a bigger influencer.... However this team laughs, and cry’s together, encourages one an other and all the members feel like an extended family! Well not really anything special, but today’s post is about food. Food is a huge factor in a humans life, good food allows the body to function like a well oiled machine. Bad food may slow down the machine and won’t give the machine full power to complete the tasks at hand. 
I’m not a person who meal preps like body builders or professional athlete, I purely just eat, all my meals I make and eat I don’t weight the food nor do I measure the amount on each serving. 
Meal 1 - Breakfast 
Smoothie (Oats, Banana, Whey Protein and Water) 
Mixes Fruit Salad w/Greek Yoghurt 
Black Coffee 
Meal 2 - Lunch 
Meatballs 
Basmati Rice 
Mixed Vegetables 
Meal 3 - Snack 
Mixed Fruit Salad w/ Greek Yoghurt

Meal 4 - Dinner 
Chicken Breast (Hot Sauce) 
Basmati Rice 
Mixed Veg. 
P.s yesterday wasn’t a training day for me so I would also have had a shake after gym.

Did linger on the stair stepper today. Every day things start to become easier. I can’t wait to pick up the speed a little bit on there. It’s really fun to see progress. Even from 3 weeks ago I was dying on the stair stepper and didn’t make it past 5 minutes. Today I made it 17 minutes. To me, that’s a huge improvement. Next week my goal is 20 minutes and to move it up 2.5 minutes a week from there. #100poundjourney

So thankful for friends who won’t let me do push-ups at 9pm alone 😘😘. Day 12— 7:01! Ugh, I was so sure I was gonna get under 7. 
If you haven’t been around I’ve been doing 100 Push-ups a day for over 100 days. I’ve been sooo stressed over my house, but this has helped me feel like I’ve at least accomplished some sort of fitness everyday... and hopefully helping with those HSPU’s.

I haven’t actually worn my gymshark fit leggings in so long now!
And I don’t even know why it’s just the flex and seamless get so much attention but the fit on these is actually so good and they make your quads pop too!🙌🏼🔥
All though I do find this blue colour a little bit sheer so it’s defo a no from me for leg day but all upper body sessions find them great,  need to start wearing them again 😩🦈

Ich glaube ich würde lieber morgens trainieren, aber da habe ich irgendwie nie Zeit 🤭⏰. Und so motiviert wie zb die liebe Lisa von @allwomencancook bin ich halt einfach nicht 😏 Dafür schlafe ich einfach zu gerne morgens um 6 Uhr 🧚‍♀️. Last of the 6 week comparisons and our personal favourite online client @mitchmclnnes 🤩 back has literally popped!

5x structured weight sessions a week based on BEATING HIS BEST EVERY SESSION! That’s the trick people. Don’t exercise; TRAIN. Don’t go into the gym without a plan or without your previous weights and reps recorded; showing up with no real plan or intention at the gym I really feel is where people really slip up because they don’t understand that for the body to grow, change and add lean mass it needs to be pushed to the point where it feels it needs to grow in order to pick up a heavier load the following day/session.

Lifting the same loads and the same reps or even lifts does not give the body any reason to change, thank about that🤓

👉🏻Yes exercise generally is better than doing nothing but... if your intention is to get a lean physique or build lean mass or both understand that tailoring your training and training with intent will get you there 🙃
