T shape raises I feel the burn with these I love them did pyramid so 1x15, 1x12, 1x10.
Lateral raises not in vid 1x15, 1,12 ,1x10
Upright row 1x15, 1x12 1x10
Arnold press not in vid 1x15, 1x12, 1x10
Tilted side raise 1x15, 1x12 1x10
And the last is a bit of cardio so I did them all together but is 1 min of each 3 times... burpees with twist, mountain climbers, high knees and not in vid jump rope.. pretend like your jumping a rope if u don't have one that's what I did. I hope you kill your work out today hugs!!! - 5 hours ago
