Here are things I’m taking from 2017 - •Surround yourself with people that will lift you up and not hold you back. •Make the change for yourself. •Don’t rush, good things take time. •When you start to ask is this worth it? Scroll through your previous pics and think about why you started. •Don’t compare yourself to anyone. You can’t expect to lose the same amount of weight as someone who weighs double your amount. If you only workout twice a week, drink all the time and eat whatever...don’t ask why don’t I look like her (someone who works out 5 times a week, doesn’t drink, and eats healthy). You get what you put in!
•When you plateau- DON’T GIVE UP, it just means you just have to work harder. I see it as my body telling me This will take teamwork, are you ready? •EAT, DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! •Do not go on some diet plan that you won’t be able to keep up with forever, but instead eat healthy, make better choices. Also, it’s ok to have a few cheat meals. But when every meal is a cheat meal then that’s a problem
