Coconut Chocolate Chip Mug Cakes
1 Scoop Vanilla Impact Whey Protein
1 Egg White
1 Tbs Coconut Flour
20ml Coconut Milk
1 Tsp Coconut oil
10g Chocolate Chips

1. To a mug add the egg, protein powder, coconut flour, coconut oil and milk - SPRAY 0 Calorie cooking spray in the mug!! You’ll thank me later :)
2. Mix thoroughly and place in the microwave for :45 seconds to one minute (Depends on if you want it gooey or spongey)
3. To a separate pot add the cacao buttons and melt in the microwave for until smooth
4. Pour the melted cacao over the protein mug cake and sprinkle with shredded coconut

For the pronuts:
2 scoops Vanilla Impact Whey Protein
1/4 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 medium egg whites
1/4 cup milk (of choice)
12-15 drops Vanilla Flavdrops

For the topping:
1 cup half-fat cream cheese
2 scoops Impact Whey Protein (we used Glazed Donut, obviously!)	Red and blue natural food colouring

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg whites, milk and Flavdrops. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and whisk until no lumps remain.
3. Oil a doughnut pan and pour the batter in. Bake for 15 minutes then allow to cool.
4. Blend cream cheese and whey protein together with food colouring and drizzle over the pronuts. Done!
