And I'm again about the colour. Just look at this! Here in India I use almost the same veggies that I usually use in Russia. Yep, this one is Indian salad plate. Do I make here flax bars? Nope, of course no😉 I just brought it from home) .

But let's continue with this rainbow salad.
Tomatoes, red cabbage, broccoli, mung bean sprouts, green buckweat sprouts, lentil sprouts, chia seeds, spirulina and turmeric powder, lime juice, cold pressed sesame seed oil🌱 .

И я снова о цвете! Вы только посмотрите. Здесь, в Индии,  я использую почти те же овощи, благо, с этим проблем нет. Да, это индийская тарелка салата. Делаю ли я здесь флаксы?) Конечно нет, я их просто приготовила заранее и привезла с собой, но они уже закончились. .

Tell me, friends, have you ever tried raw hummus? No? This is the gap. Because it tastes no worse than traditional one, and has even more benefit if everything is done correctly. .

Initially, you need to soak rinsing chickpeas for a day. Most likely it will already start to germinate, and it's even better. Rinse again and put soft peas into a blender. .  Add coconut cream, tahini (sesame paste) or even just a handful of sesame seeds, extra virgin olive oil /cold pressed sesame oil, lemon juice, fresh red bell pepper, ground paprika, turmeric, jeera, 2 garlic cloves, mustard seeds, dried tarragon, Himalayan pink salt, ground dried ginger, water.  Blend all till the puree condition. Put paprika, tarragon, mustard seeds, lemon juice and some cold pressed oil on top. Enjoy it's thickness but lightness 😉

Yeah it's Mother India) .

In general, this plate is intended for traditional Indian dishes - thali. But, as you can see, I use it for my purpose. .

Energy balls are very popular in India in vegan cafes (energy edible balls), consisting of very nutritious ingredients: nuts, oils, coconut, cocoa beans and so on. I decided to prepare my own version - for good reason I took a lot from home. I'm full from the only one ball. . 
So, energy balls of green buckwheat sprouts; dried apricots and raisins of very good quality, absolutely naturally dried in the sun, soaked for the night; grated coconut (was bought here); natural cold pressed coconut oil (was bought here); chia seeds and for densness - some walnuts. To make these balls denser you need more solid ingredients as buckwheat, coconut and nuts, if you wish. Roll balls and place in the refrigerator for solidification😉

I will suspend the rubric #rawmondayset for some time for the reason that it is quite difficult to manage it from where I am now, since I do not cook often here. This miracle in the photo is still from my "Russian stocks". This salad is also one of my favorites. Chinese cabbage, broccoli, carrots, spinach (fresh or thawed), celery, leek, physalis, dill, parsley, chia seeds, spirulina powder, lemon juice, cold pressed sesame oil. . 
Physalis is the little nightshade, which can be bought inexpensively in a supermarket, this fruit that grows in those very orange "flashlights" that were so strongly imprinted in my memory since childhood, but then I somehow did not know that these flashlights are edible)) And it turned out that physalis has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, analgesic, hemostatic, diuretic, choleretic action. Fresh fruits and juice are used for dermatoses, respiratory diseases, gonorrhea, dysentery, hypertension. 
I really fell in love with these sweet and sour at the same time nightshade berries, they can be used in both desserts and salads, be sure to try, in case if you have not already done it🍅

And yep, my dad, who, has turned today 59, makes all this beautiful wooden stuff that definitely helps my "raw" account to bloom🌱 .

Ну и сюда тоже выложу, простите, друзья, те кто подписан на другие мои аккаунты  и видит это уже в 5й раз, просто сегодня так надо) .

Итак, 
то, что я особо ярко прочувствовала в моей жизни, особенно последние несколько лет: когда что-либо делаешь просто потому что любишь, без какой-либо цели заработать, куда-то пробиться, вот просто так от души, -это влечет за собой необъяснимые мощные процессы притяжения разного рода, но в общем положительного. Людей, событий, проектов, внутренних хороших трансформаций и тп. 
Около года назад я создала страничку @happy.hippie.raw , потому что нужно было все мое вдохновение по поводу растительной нерафинированной пищи куда-то вместить, иначе это все пропадало где-то в моих фантазиях (а записывать ручками и раскладывать по полочкам я не умею, нет, я пробовала, но, видима, моему мозгу это совсем неинтересно, я правда могу только импровизировать, и уже смирилась), я начала это фиксировать на страничке, ничего не ожидая, никуда не стремясь, просто показывая как это может быть для тех кому интересно. Фотографировала как могла и где могла и на что могла, снова, собственно, импровизируя, не претендуя ни на какое фото художество. .

А в один день папа принес мне свой первый фотофон. Так я узнала, что параллельно с моим увлечением, у него возникло свое - деревянные изделия, которые он конструирует и дизайнирует сам. Как оказалось, фантазии ему тоже хватает. Ему доставляет удовольствие подбирать колеры, придумывать узоры, выжигать их и втирать краски и тп, не говоря уже о самой форме изделия. К тому моменту он уже сделал несколько совершенно мимимишных ящичков и раздарил их. Так, мой арсенал фотофонов и подносов начал пополняться с завидной регулярностью, от чего сыроедческие фуд-фото стали расцветать. Я часто захожу на эту свою страничку и просто листаю, наполняясь красками, абстрагируюсь, если бы не я была хозяйкой этой странички и понимаю, что захотела бы съесть все, даже если бы не увлеклась сыроедением) ⤵️

This is my way of congratulating you with catholic Christmas holidays, folks☃️ (for those who didn't know russian orthodox Xmas is usually celebrated on 7th Jan) .

Therefore, today's #rawmonday🌱 will present just ..an ice cream. Although no, not just, because this's the Christmas- -bomb-raw -ice cream. More correctly to say: what an Ice cream! 
Of frozen and slightly thawed bananas (cut and put in the freezer), fresh pineapple, almonds, coconut cream, natural cacao bean urbech (paste of cocoa beans), vanilla extract. Decorate with pineapple slices, strawberries (frozen from summer stocks), coconut shavings and cocoa-urbech. 
Be happy,  guys 🌀 .

Это - мой способ поздравить вас с католическим Рождеством, ребят, я не могла этого не сделать (мне без разницы когда -25.12 или 7.01, все одно) .

Поэтому сегодня на #сыройпонедельник будет просто .. мороженное. Хотя нет, не просто. Оно по-рождественски бомбично. Замороженные и чуть оттаявшие бананы (разрезать и положить в морозильник), свежий ананас, миндальные орехи, кокосовые сливки, урбеч из натуральных какао-бобов, ванильный экстракт. Украсить кусочками ананаса, земляникой (замороженной с летних запасов), кокосовой стружкой и стружкой какао-урбеча. И будет вам счастье, друзья)♥️

Have you thought I'm going to miss my (and yours of course :) #rawmonday🌱 and #rawmondayset ?) I always post it, because there will be thousands mondays more, you can take any of them (and mix) as a basis and to try arrange such a "raw day" at any day, not being attached to the days of the week. Once Monday become this "raw day" for me that's whay it is here now) . 
Here we go: ❄️Breakfast: this is already pre-new year's-eve-mood mousse. it was made by my husband himself, taught by my fantasy🙈, although this one is very simple, but delicious and nourishing: a ripe persimmon, a ripe banana, soaked apricot kernels and sunflower seeds, water infused on oats, cinnamon, chia seeds on top . ❄️Lunch: well, of course, salad (and they are almost always made by my husband as well:) from chinese cabbage, tomatoes, soaked oats, carrots, leeks, red cabbage, greens, zucchini, paprika, turmeric, oregano . ❄️ Dinner: salad of cucumbers, celery, chinese cabbage, lettuce, dill, pumpkin seeds + raw hummus (what is this I'll tell you next time :)

Catch the traditional Saturday's rainbow salad. Despite of the fact generally I'm not really much passionated about food (I'm not a hedonist) I'm sure  it should be bright and fresh. Always. Because it is also kind of therapy, I'm sure if you see the rainbow in your plate - you become one😉🌈 .  So: chinese cabbage, kale, red cabbage, tomatoes, pepper, mung bean sprouts, celery, leak, parsley, dill, lime juice, cold pressed oil, spices (turmeric, paprika, dried garlic). .

Субботнее привет, друзья ✨ и субботний традиционный радужный салат) при том что я не страстный поклонник приготовления еды и в целом еды (я не гедонист), я уверена, однако, в том, что еда должны быть яркой и свежей, всегда, ведь это - своего рода цветотерапия. И я уверена, что, если у вас на тарелке радуга -то и внутри тоже будет она😉🌈 (да, по принципу ты -то, что ты ешь:) .

Итак: салат из пекинской капусты, краснокочанной капусты, кейла, томата, перца, проростков маша, сельдерея, лука-порея, петрушки, укропа, сока лайма, масла холодного отжима, специи (куркума, паприка, сушёный чеснок).

You have already known my passion to the salads. These are still my main dishes. Every single day. But it is always different . There're lots and lots of variations of how to make your salad super nutritive, beautiful and delicious. 
One of my favorites: Asian and pan-asian salads (plant based variation). .

Here we go: Chinese cabbage, cucumber, celery, wood ears - Chinese/Thai mushrooms, softened in warm water, asparagus (softened in warm water), carrots, leak, mung bean sprouts, dill, seeweed sheets, cold pressed  coconut and caraway oil, spices: turmeric, paprika,  natural soya bean sauce (check "Bragg" on iherb.com) + my lovely super food spirulina. Yum! .

This is the raw sweet roll, which I would recommend to everyone instead of the ordinary cakes and rolls, it is very easy to prepare - you do not need to bother with like  with the raw cakes that I usually come up with. .

For the "pastry": ✨100g soaked pitted dates ✨ 50g grated cocoa (but she used a carob) ✨ Any nuts ( here are walnuts)
For the filling: ✨150g coconut shreds
✨50g honey ✨ 3-4 tbs coconut milk . 
Mix one part of the coconut shreds, honey and coconut milk in a blender together and then unite with another part .
