Our Rosemary Braised Lamb Shank:

A Low-Carb 583 Calorie meal packed with more than 42g of #protein .
Try it for yourself:

1/2 teaspoons (2 ml) Thyme, Fresh
.
1 teaspoons (5 ml) Rosemary, Fresh
.
3 tablespoons (44 ml) Broth, Beef
.
4 tablespoons (59 ml) Broth, Chicken, Condensed
.
1 cups (237 ml) Tomato, Red, Ripe, Cooked
.
1/4 cups (59 ml) Wine, Red
.
1 clove Garlic, Raw
.
1/2 carrot Carrot, Raw
.
1/4 cups (59 ml) Onion, Raw
.
1 teaspoons (5 ml) Olive Oil
.
1 teaspoons (5 ml) Black Pepper,Ground
.
4 oz (113 grams) Lamb Shank
.
Instructions:
.
1. Sprinkle shanks with salt and pepper. Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Working in batches, cook shanks until brown on all sides, about 8 minutes. Transfer shanks to plate
.
2. Add onions, carrots and garlic to pot and saute until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Stir in wine, tomatoes, chicken broth and beef broth. Season with rosemary and thyme. Return shanks to pot, pressing down to submerge. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover, and simmer until meat is tender, about 2 hours

3. Remove cover from pot. Simmer about 20 minutes longer. Transfer shanks to platter, place in a warm oven. Boil juices in pot until thickened, about 15 minutes. Spoon over shanks

But why this is different? Simply because it’s true. Its simple. It makes sense... 1. Make Time to Exercise Regularly - yea, you can! No excuses here. Could be as little as 15 min a day, but just do it! SIMPLE!

2. Eat Healthy - no need to become obsessed with every type of food, follow every diet available on the internet, etc.. just be aware of what you eat and stick with the healthy options. That’s it really. SIMPLE!

3.Be Consistent - take point 1&2 mentioned above, and make sure you keep doing it. No magic here. SIMPLE!
