Had a really good week of training but this 570 was probably my favorite lift. Shoutout to @monsterintraining for all of the help and programming. @monsterintraining did a set of five before my hands got super sweaty, then I knocked out two reps after that with the 210 log. I forgot to record my squats though...

Finally pressed that big ass log that's been collecting dust in the corner. First one was 230, and the second rep was 240. I think last time I saw someone press this thing they dropped it and made a dent on the floor. Thanks to the @heavymetalfit family for all the support.
