4 sets of 6 Close Grip Bench Press + Chains 
90kg on the Bar + 32kg in Chains made 122kg at the top of the movement making it a fucking hard lockout 😂

Adding Chains is one of my favourites for adding accomodating resistance (mostly because of the noise 😉) and i like the change in strength curve it provides for the bench 💪 @liftperformancecentre @coach.cato @2xu @nike @eleikosport

130kg Bench Press PB!!! . .

Had a great impromptu Upper Body session with my boy @theanimalkid1 Those are quite often the best kind of sessions when you get an opportunity to lift heavy with a mate and really push each other.

Slowly but surely I’m chipping away at what drives me... Running Fast.
. .

I still have no idea how long it will take for me to get the best I possibly can be post accident. But there’s a fire burning deep inside that makes me want to compete. . .
.
P.S Increasing my barefoot activities including some runs has increased my lower leg strength and mechanics massively. More on that later though 👌
