K so this diet crap is leaning me out.....butttttt idunno if I like losing my mass and strength. haha surprisingly I'm not yet. So I'm gonna keep doing what I'm doing chicken and veggies mostly. Then rice and potatoes and chicken pre workout and post workout to keep growing.
