Psst...I have a little secret...
When you take time to value yourself, you start to appreciate your own self worth and all the good things you have to offer this world. 🌎 YOU are amazing.

Enjoy life’s simple pleasures—even when you’re traveling. 🍵 The hotel that I’m staying at in Stockholm, @downtowncamper, takes health and wellness to a whole new level. I can’t wait to de-stress in the rooftop pool and sauna tomorrow. 🧖‍♀️💕

I love my morning coffee...and really can't give it up! 😬 (Who's with me?!) ☕️ I started making blended coffee awhile ago, and have been hooked ever since. Blended coffee is a combination of high-quality brewed coffee and grass-fed butter and/or coconut oil. Because it's rich in good fats and oils, it sustains us throughout the day and can improve energy levels and blood sugar control.

Here's my SUPER EASY recipe to make delicious blended coffee.
1️⃣Brew a pot of coffee as you normally would, using high-quality coffee beans.
2️⃣Put one cup of the brewed coffee in a blender with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (I like @spectrumorganic brand), 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 scoop of stevia (I use this organic one by @LiveNaturalNow. There's a super cute scoop inside so you don't have to guess how much you're using. A little goes a long way...and it’s calorie free!)
3️⃣Once the mixture is frothy, pour into your favourite coffee mug.
4️⃣Pour 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk into a milk frother and add the foamy goodness to your coffee.
5️⃣Sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon and sip away. 💕

This coffee is AMAZING, and gives me so much energy to power through my busy days. Because it uses all natural and organic stevia instead of refined white sugar (yuck!), there's no sugar crash.

Let me know what you think of the recipe in the comments below. 🙂

Learning is one of my deepest values. I love traveling to new places - both near and far - to explore, grow and discover. What I love most about these adventures is the opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone. This might mean learning a new language to communicate with locals, or trying a new food.

2018 is an opportunity to go on your own adventure. Where would you go and why?

When in Nashville...check out a @barre3 class in The Gulch. I always like to innovate my own barre classes, and learning from other instructors at other studios is the best way. Thanks @barre3nashville!

This is your year to conquer your goals and do all those things that you’ve been meaning to do. Don’t let anything hold you back. Conquer 2018! Happy new year, friends. 😊

Baby, it's COLD outside. ❄️ There are two things I despise about Canadian winters--being cold and having dry skin. 🙅🏻‍♀️ To warm up and relax, I always take a bath. 🛀 And to combat dry skin, I use moisturizing products on my body (a body wash/soap and a moisturizer). A few years ago, I made a conscious effort to switch to all natural products that are free of harsh chemicals like SLS, parabens, etc. I've never looked back or felt better.
I like this soap from @teamcoffeffe that’s all-natural and environmentally friendly. Instead of feeling like a prune when I get out of the bath, my skin feels super hydrated from the natural ingredients. An added bonus is that the recycled coffee grounds in the soap act as an exfoliator to slough away my dry skin. Yay for feeling less cold and less dry! ❄️ What are your go-to winter products for hydration?

The past is the past. Don’t dwell on what you can’t change. Instead, use it as a learning opportunity so you can tackle a new year with a refreshed perspective. What’s one big learning you had in 2017 and how will it help shape you in 2018?
