Literally did heavy squats the day before followed by deadlifts..today was heavy Bench followed by “light” squats. Definitely didn’t feel light 🙄🙄😭 gf is trying to kill me.

Gonna start the new year with a bang, going to be doing Sheiko with the gf, can’t wait to feel all the pain and see all the gains.

Squats went from 245x3 to 405x1, Bench went from 265x3 to 315x3, and conventional deadlifts went from 365x3 to 505x1
