I’ve had the busiest but coziest weekend in a while and today I’ve been exhausted all day 😴 I’m gonna hit the bed now and I’ll be back with new posts and inspiration tomorrow. Sometimes your actual life isn’t the perfect insta life ;-) and I am not one of those who pretends everything’s perfect all the time, cuz it’s def not 🤷🏼‍♀️ but everything doesn’t have to be perfect to be great, remember that! Sometimes you just need a break from certain things.

Good Morning everyone!! I’ve had the most stressful morning in a long time, I accidentally turned off my alarm in my sleep (this has NEVER happened before, I mean I’m a morning person 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️) and woke up 45(!!) min later and realized I had 15min (😅) until my bus were supposed to leave...yes I think you can imagine the stress level 😂 but I made it in time (thank god). Well, this day will be interesting..I look like a zombie and I think I’ll probably need a lot of caffeine cuz I’m tired af😄☕️ have a nice Wednesday babes!!

I slayed an upper body session last night and I thought I’d share my workout with you guys. So here’s the exercises: 💪🏼😉

Warmup.
⠀
Exercise 1:
Superset: 
Lat pulldown + reverse lat pulldown ⠀
⠀
- 8reps /each exercise. I also increased weight each set until failure. ⠀
⠀
Exercise 2: ⠀
Superset:
Tricep pushdown + bicep cable curls
⠀
- 8-10reps.
⠀
Exercise 3:
Superset: 
Barbell row + straight weight plate lifts ⠀
⠀
- 8-10reps. I do weight plate lifts to activate my shoulders.
⠀
Exercise 4: ⠀
Superset:
One arm dumbbell row + Overhead tricep extension
⠀
- 8-10reps with heavy weights. I sit down while doing my triceps extensions.

Exercise 5: ⠀
Back raise with weight plate ⠀
⠀
- As many reps needed to feel the burn in your back. But not less than 10reps/set. I also never rest more than 30sek between each set. ⠀

I usually do between 3-5sets each superset. 💪🏼😁 try it out!! ;-))

FINALLY, I’m here with a new workout video 🎥 ⠀
This time with one of my favorite triset exercise and one superset. Let the booty and legs buurn 😉🍑🔥

Exercise 1:
⠀
Triset:
Squats + lunges + kickbacks (NO rest in between)
⠀- I’ll usually do 8 to 12reps in each exercise. In kickbacks I do one kick straight back and one to the side to activate the most my glutes. ⠀

Exercise 2: ⠀
⠀
Superset: 
Hip thrust + donkey kicks (NO rest in between)
⠀- I keep my reps between 10-12 in hip thrust (when lifting heavy) and between 12-20 when doing donkey kicks. I also do my kicks only in the highest position to keep a tension in my glutes. Don’t forget to activate your core (during all exercises really) to insure that the right muscles are being targeted. ⠀
