▫️10 minutes on the Stairmaster
▫️3x10 curtsy lunge into squat ▫️3x10 split squats ▫️5 x5 barbell squats
▫️Superset: 3x10-12 on seated leg curl into seated leg extension (machines)

Yesterday, my roommate asked me to train her. She wanted the workout to be somewhat challenging and brief (30 min.) It had been a few months or so since she had trained weights and cardio. Here is the workout I threw together focusing on legs! (cuz it was my leg day🤩):
• Circuit 1 (3 sets) 30 secs on, 15 off w/ a 15 sec break in between exercises➡️alternating lunges, banded squat jumps, banded wall sits
• Circuit 2 HIIT Cardio on the treadmill➡️walk/jog warmup for 2:50, sprint at 3:00 for 20 secs repeat 4x, cool down till 10:00 min
• Circuit 3 Machines!➡️leg extension and leg curl for 8-10 reps max weight for 3 sets
Love to see her smiling during the whole workout🤣

Leg workout of the day➡️
Warm up:
3 rounds of 500 m row, 1 min rest
3 rounds of 15 burpees, 15 air squats
•
Workout:
5 sets of 5 back squats, I used 95 lbs
3 sets of 10 RDLS, I used 30lb DBs
3 sets of 10 standing hamstring curls on the machine
3 sets of 10 Bulgarian split squats, I used a 25lb plate and did 10 reps on each leg
Finished it off with 3 sets TIL FAILURE on the leg press, I only used 90 lbs but did 16 reps, then 18, and then I did 20 on my last set! 🔥 •
Don't forget to stretch your muscles after your workout!! •
I'm loving my new Revival leggings from @alphalete. I'm wearing a size L in Olive.

Here's what I like to drink for a post workout shake!!
• one banana(frozen or unfrozen)
• one cup of cashew/almond/soy milk
• one tablespoon of honey
• one tablespoon of peanut butter • one scoop of vegan protein powder 
Obviously, these are all my favorite brands and flavors of the ingredients!! Yum🤙🏻 Also, I'm vegan if you didn't catch that! Posts to come on how it has benefited me and my lifestyle :)
