Lat Pull-down alternative options-Use double handles, Start with straight arms and then rotate outward as you pull down. (Use pic for reference ) It allows you to have a deeper pull on the movement and get an even better range in motion. 
Also, arch your back before you do each pull to really pinpoint the focus on your Mid-back .

I don’t chase dreams, I hunt goals.

Everyone has dreams,they dream of a better life,places they want to go,income they want to make,and visions of how they want to live. But for most people,they are nothing more then dreams. You have to escape the paradigm of dreaming, and set goals to work like hell to achieve. If you don’t set goals, you have nothing to work towards. So,set a goal,and crush the shit out of it. This is how legends are made. Stop dreaming and start hunting your goals (115Lbs weight hanging Dips btw)

FIT Expo Los Angeles . Tied for First place in Air Force Pull-up Challenge. Weight Vest was 45lbs and had to do full reps till failure. Got 21 strict . 
I consider the type of training i do,a Bodybuilding with Endurance hybrid. Rep count and patterns in a Different world then typical training .There is no 3 sets of 12 in any program . In my opinion, it’s not enough to really push that muscle to where it really needs to go for maximum benefits.  Some other trainers might disagree, and for what they want their clients to achieve,they can be correct. But if you want to take your training to the next Level, you can’t fall into the normal .  You think Arnold only did 3 sets of 12 per exercise?  Exactly

Once anything becomes easy to do, just add weights!, You can add hanging weight to most things like Pull-ups ,dips,pushups(weight on back). Or just get a weight vest @511tactical makes.i added 40lbs of plates to it. Then just do everything with it on ; ). If you don’t die, then you aren’t training hard enough!

Overtraining is a myth 🤗😉🖕

Want to make planks harder? Try planking and doing cable pull downs during them.  Work your overall abs and obliques with some lats mixed in. Keep you legs spread in a V for balance (cause of weight on cable).Start fully extended up,Then Pull through to your side. It’s a burner !🔥🔥🤗
