Everyone requires quality sleep for optimal health and wellbeing, but the number of hours vary, depending on the indivisible and age group. 
Going back to our post on bio-individuality we posted a few days ago, we’re all unique and what works for one person might not necessarily work for another. 
Ways in which you can determine how much sleep you need in order to be well rested, fresh, alert and healthy are based on how you answer these questions:

- how long does it take you to fall asleep?.
Falling asleep before your head hits the pillow you may need more sleep. Taking hours to fall asleep you may be trying to sleep too much.
- Do you awaken through the night?
- Do you wake up before your alarm?.
May be a way of your brain telling you it’s has enough sleep - How do you feel during the day?.
If you’re slumped and unproductive you may need more sleep. If by the end of the day you have energy for the gym, you’re getting enough sleep🏃🏽‍♀️😜.
