2 tbsp chia Seeds
1 c water
1/ 2 c spinach 
1/2 c cherry tomatoes or 1 tomato
1 carrot
1/2 cucumber
1 lemon
Sea salt and pepper
Hand full of cilantro.
1 inch of ginger
Love using the @thenutribulet

Veggetables bring a lot of vitamines and antioxidants.  Add them 3 times a day if you can , but starting with this in your morning  will increase your energy.👊
