🥕 Shredded Carrot & Zucchini Soup  Got a lot of requests for this yummy soup I posted a couple of days ago! So here it is! 
Bring all the below ingredients to boil for half an hour with some salt and pepper. 
Throw in some broccoli during the last 2 minutes to keep the crunch 
3 Zucchinis (shredded)
• 2 carrots (shredded)
• 2 Onions (shredded) • 2 Celery stalks (cut in half) •3 Parsley & Basil stalks (cut in half) • 4 Cardamoms

I've noticed how unhappy people are about losing "only 2-3 kilos" even if their clothes have become loose. This is how much you lost!! Don't underestimate how much Weight you lost! 
Stop obsessing with the small numbers on the scale because they aren't so small in real life!
